|Held the first Wednesday of May each year, National Get Fit Don’t Sit Day™ is an opportunity for the Association to increase awareness of the importance of getting up and moving throughout the
day— especially at work. Each year, thousands of businesses, organizations and industry leaders participate in National Get Fit Don’t Sit Day, and take steps to ensure the health of their employees and members through organized walks, exercise stations, yoga classes and more. We hope you’ll participate in National Get Fit Don’t Sit Day on May 3, 2017.
